Gale Holsman, President/CEO

Gale started his career in the waste management field in 1975. Working all aspects of the business he decided to strike out on his own. Seeing a need for a first class sweeping company, he started American Sweeping Inc. in 1984. Several years passed and Gale started to see a need for a real deal roll-off company. After enlisting the help of Steve Galler the decision was made and American Waste Systems Inc.was born.With Gale's full speed ahead attitude that has been so successful for him thus far, he had American Waste Systems Inc. up and running within weeks and he hasn't looked back since.

Gale's favorite saying is "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out and proclaiming, "WOW WHAT A RIDE!!"

Steve Galler, General Manager

Steve owned his own business for over 10 years before Gale in his persuasive ways talked Steve into coming on board this new roll-off venture he was starting. Steve said he would take a trip down to Flordia with him to check out the equipment, we haven't been able to get rid of him since.

When you need a box set or picked up it is Dave 's radio voice you hear on the other end of the line. Before KCIR closed its doors Dave worked the announcer booth. Dave tells the drivers where to go and how to get there. He keeps the drivers, boxes and toilets straight!
